Simple subscription. Separate sending costs. Your plan covers the account and stated service. Email sending usage is charged separately. A newsletter sent to 1,000 people uses 1,000 sends. We confirm the current usage rate, currency conversion and any optional verification charges before activation. No additional standard onboarding fee. Prices are in GBP; any applicable VAT is confirmed before purchase.

We help you connect Cliniko securely, configure your sender and build your three branded templates. Your API key is collected through a secure setup step.

Review, then get going

We check your setup and test the emails. You get your login; on a writing plan, you approve each newsletter before it is scheduled.

A few useful answers

Clear from
the start.

Do I need my own sending domain?

We recommend a sending subdomain on your clinic’s existing domain. It helps keep your emails recognisable as yours. We can help your DNS provider configure it. If that is not practical, we will explain the shared sending option during onboarding. A new domain or mailbox, if needed, is separate.

What comes across from Cliniko?

The contact details and marketing preferences needed for your email list. Cliniko stays your clinic system. Clinical notes and treatment records are not part of the email marketing sync, and a sync must never re-subscribe someone who has opted out.

Are the templates the same as written newsletters?

The three included templates are reusable layouts: a newsletter, a service announcement and a clinic update. The £149 plan adds one newly written newsletter each month. Super Dripper adds one each calendar week, including five-week months.

Will emails go out without my approval?

For newsletters we write, you review the copy and audience before we schedule them. AI helps us prepare the content; your clinic approves the final version. You can also write and send your own campaigns from your account.

Can I add more services later?

Yes. Start with email and discuss extra writing, automated sequences, chat, voice AI or broader managed support when you need them. We agree any extra work and price first.
